Assalamu Aleikum and Hello ! My name is Eva and I am a Bulgarian Muslim homeschooling mum of 5 children . We live in the South West of England, together with my husband and not to forget my Burmese cat ( Bagira aka my sixth child).

I have been home educating my children since the beginning, which means none of them have been to pre school, nursery or a traditional school setting. When we first started this home school journey, we had the intention of enrolling my eldest to school , when she turned 7. But , we have clearly enjoyed this journey so much ,that even though she is now 10 , we are still home schooling all of our children. I am blessed to live in a city that has a large homeschooling network, and that has helped us a lot throughout the years.

Most of the time , I am sleep deprived, so coffee truly is one of my best friends. I have always been an avid reader and ever since I had my eldest, I have been a lot into reading parenting and educational books , so you will definitely find something on here related to this, whether it’s gentle discipline , morning time, read alouds or siblings rivalry. I am always on the look out for good Islamic books for children too, so you will definitely find reviews of some of our favourite ones on here . We are a very outdoorsy and nature loving family as well, and I try as much as I can to blog about our adventures too. Last but not least, thank you for reading and I hope my posts bring you joy.
